Blackheath House
A full refurbishment and extensions to a 1930s family home in a private estate and conservation area in Blackheath. The plan was reworked to allow more light deep into the home and to create more generous sequences of rooms. The interior design creates continuity of materials throughout and allows for flurishes of personality in the private bedroom spaces.
Externally new elements such as bespoke doors & windows, rear and loft extensions were designed to integrate into the existing building. We carried out full design services through to construction to achieve the highest quality.

This project takes a holistic, design and landscape led approach to improving the extraordinary setting of Grade II listed buildings in a private estate on the Kent coast. Distinguished on the coastal dunes and marshes, along with Landscape architects Hortus Collective, we are working on an estate concept masterplan to include hertiage works to the residential buildings, a new pool house & pool and landscaping.
